  • your company or store name
  • your GO4 account email, if applicable
  • your Shopify shop domain, if applicable
  • a short description of the issue or question
  • screenshots or error messages, if relevant

Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary personal data.

Shopify app support

If your request is related to the GO4 Shopify app, please include your Shopify shop domain.

Examples:

  • the GO4 check or monitoring feature related to the issue

Billing questions

For billing, plan or subscription questions, contact us at hello@go4.biz.

If your GO4 subscription is managed through Shopify, some billing actions may also need to be reviewed or approved inside Shopify.

Please include enough information for us to understand and verify your request.

If your request relates to a merchant’s Shopify store or website, we may direct you to the relevant merchant.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security issue in GO4, please contact us at hello@go4.biz and include enough technical detail to help us investigate.

Please do not publicly disclose security issues before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review them.

Response times

We aim to respond to legitimate support and business requests within a reasonable time.

Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request, urgency, workload and whether additional verification is required.

Unless a separate written agreement applies, support response times are not guaranteed.
